Danny and Darla Searle

Danny and Darla are bi-vocational Senior Leaders for Grace Point Church.

Danny has served in ministry for more than 30 years in a variety of roles. He also works for the Department of Defense as an electrical engineer. Danny has a huge heart for teaching and equipping others to live supernaturally in the kingdom of God. He has a passion for our identity in Christ as sons and daughters, kingdom minded belief systems, and demonstrations with power. Danny and Darla are members of the Bethel Leaders Network.  They have been married more than 30 years. Joy is a major strength for Danny.

Darla has served in ministry for more than 25 years. She also works as a registered nurse for Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. Darla carries a passion for individuals finding freedom in the context of love, and living powerfully from God’s perspectives. She values authentic worship and reflections that bring you into encounters with Holy Spirit, leading to transformed living. Darla and Danny have three adult children with a daughter-in-love. Hope is a key strength for Darla.

Dionne Elmer

Dionne is a bi-vocational Senior Associate Leader for Grace Point Church.

Dionne has served in ministry for more than 8 years. She also works for the Department of Defense in Information Systems. Dionne brings a heart for wholeness and health, as well as helping people heal from past wounds and brokenness. She is enrolled in The Welton Academy of Supernatural Bible College. Dionne is also working on her Aromatherapy Certification as well as learning about medicinal herbals/foods for promoting natural health and healing. She regularly assists others with practical needs and fosters loyalty and connection with people across regions. Generosity is a core strength in Dionne’s life.
